In partnership with the Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy, the State Employees’ Insurance Board operates the State Wellness Center and Pharmacy – another resource for you and your dependents. Located at 101 South Union Street in downtown Montgomery, the Center and Pharmacy is at the corner of Union Street and Washington Avenue. Reserved parking is provided for our patients behind the Center.

Wellness screenings are provided by appointment from 8:00 – 4:30 Monday through Wednesdays and Fridays; and Thursdays from 9:00 - 4:30. In the coming weeks the Wellness Center will be expanded to include a nurse practitioner and staff to provide treatment for minor illnesses.

The Pharmacy, located inside the State Wellness Center, is open for business. It offers same-day service, fills new prescriptions and refills, transfers prescriptions from other pharmacies, offers auto-refill accounts for maintenance drugs, maintains medication histories, provides medication therapy management consultations, and has a limited selection of over-the-counter items.

Pharmacy hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Mondays through Wednesdays and Fridays. Thursday hours are 9:00 – 5:30. The Center is closed on State holidays.
