The State Employees’ Insurance Board (SEIB) is seeking an experienced vendor(s) to provide assistance with
Affordable Care Act employer tracking and reporting (e.g., Forms 1094-B and 1094-C for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) (6055)
& Forms 1095-B and 1095-C for Employer Shared Responsibility (ESR) (6056)) for calendar year 2020 and future years subject to
the terms of this RFP. The SEIB also requests proposals to provide fulfillment of the employee mailings and electronic filings
to the IRS. In addition, the SEIB also requests information about the Vendor’s capabilities and fees to conduct full-time (30+hour)
tracking and eligibility determinations. If you wish to be considered for this RFP, please submit your proposal to the SEIB
no later than September 25, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. CDT. All questions regarding the request for proposals
must be in writing and submitted by September 10, 2020.
